Studio Mario is the evening concept of Bakker Klaas at Wintercircus — a pizzeria built around traditional slow-risen sourdough and wood-fired pizza, where handcrafted dough and pure, local ingredients take centre stage.
I photographed Studio Mario with a focus on atmosphere — the craftsmanship of pizzaiolo Matteo, delicious pizzas from the wood-fired oven, cocktails shaken by Robbe, and candid smiles shared over slices around the table. The images capture not just the food, but the full experience.
